clipdls has no user accounts, subscriptions, or stored profile credentials to recover.
Product support
For a reproducible product problem, include the page you used, the source platform, the output selected, the approximate time, and the exact error shown. Do not send passwords, private cookies, payment details, or private media links.
- Use the Ko-fi contact link for general support and feedback.
- A source working in a signed-in browser does not always mean an independent server can process it.
- Support cannot grant access to private, deleted, paywalled, login-only, or rights-restricted media.
Copyright and abuse
Copyright notices and reports about material present in active temporary storage should be sent to dmca@clipdls.com. The notice should identify the protected work, the material or job URL, your authority to act, and reliable contact details.

- General support messages do not replace a complete legal notice.
- Do not include unnecessary personal data or unrelated attachments.
Response expectations
clipdls reviews complete, actionable messages as operating capacity allows. Messages that lack a reproducible issue, identify no active material, request access to restricted media, or contain abusive automation requests may not receive an individual reply.
- Temporary output may expire before a notice is reviewed.
- Product suggestions are considered but are not commitments or release promises.
- Legal notices are evaluated on their contents; sending an email does not automatically establish infringement or liability.
