Service status

Service Status

The website, processing queue, and source platforms are separate dependencies. A healthy clipdls service can still reject an individual URL that is private, deleted, restricted, or verification-gated.

Updated July 27, 2026 Last operational review: July 27, 2026

Website

Operational at the last review, including public pages and job-session endpoints.

How to read this status

An operational website confirms that clipdls can accept requests. It does not guarantee that every external source URL exposes a processable stream to the production server.

  • Metadata success confirms that source information was readable; it does not guarantee every requested quality exists.
  • A processing failure can be limited to one source, one format, one region, or one external platform.
  • The result screen should be treated as the authoritative status for an individual job.

Reliability controls

Production uses a durable job queue, PostgreSQL job state, Redis-backed coordination, bounded retries, source-route health tracking, file verification, and automatic cleanup.

  • Dead pooled database connections are checked and replaced before a request uses them.
  • Source routes that repeatedly fail can cool down while healthier routes continue serving jobs.
  • A ready result is reported only after the output file exists and passes final verification.

When one link fails

Confirm that the link is public, points to supported media, and opens without signing in. Then retry once after a short interval or choose Best quality when a specific height is unavailable.

  • Do not repeatedly resubmit a private, deleted, live, region-blocked, or login-only source.
  • Include the exact error and approximate time in a support report, but do not send credentials or private cookies.
  • Material reliability changes are documented in the Changelog.

Contact and policies

Use the channel that matches the request so operational support and copyright notices stay distinct.
